Heriks Ltd. ("Heriks", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Registered address: No. 1 “Klisi Para”, Tsaratsovo 4204, Plovdiv region, Bulgaria. Contact us at office@heriks.com or 032 / 67 55 10.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data:
- Contact form — your name, surname, email address, phone number (optional) and message, submitted voluntarily when you contact us.
- Usage data — if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised, aggregated data about pages visited, time spent on the site and general location (country/city level), collected via Google Analytics.
- IP address — when you open the home page (www.heriks.com), our server compares your IP address with a list of Bulgarian network ranges kept on the same server, to open the site in Bulgarian or English. The address is not stored for this purpose and is not sent to anyone.
We do not process payment information and do not require an account to use this site.

- Contact form — to respond to your enquiry, based on your request and our legitimate interest in providing customer support (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
- Analytics cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
5. Who we share data with
If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), acting as our data processor. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with any other third party, except where required by law.
6. How long we keep data
Contact-form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email office@heriks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), www.cpdp.bg.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings.
